I was a student of St. Mary's during the 1950's and the then Principal was Sister Lucy. Other Sisters were Sr. Ursula, Sr. Matilda, Sir Soenpar, Sir Singh, Sir Pathan, Sir Samad etc. The students of Class III were Doris and Evyonne Reuben, Norman Highfield (who later drowned in the Indus river near Rohri and is buried at the Sukkur Cemetary and also my parents. Other names were Amir Ali, Khawar, Shoab, Askari, Ataur Rehman etc. Father Trinadad also was a teach and Father Lobo. I used to play cricket for Sukkur Sports Club before the new stadium was built near St. Mary's School, before the new building came up. More next time. Sindhimanu.

I only attened St Mary's for one year...1970-71, 5th class. I do remeber Mr. Mall, Mr. Jalil and Sister Flavia and Father Todd vivdly. There was an English teach by the name like Mr. Plumlee or something like that.... was there this particular year. I remember my calls fellows as Agha Sami Ullah, a Nasir someone, a Fariha (daughther of owners of Yaqoub Biscuits), Emma Mall (daughter of Mr. Mall), there were 2 brothers something like Ghulam Ali, another girl name Nilofar someone....
